This two session intensive will consist of a lecture followed by a practice and a Q+A led by Rob Woollard. This first session focuses on the fundamentals of yin yoga. Students will learn the basic principles of yin practice, how to practice yin yoga more effectively, and how to adapt the poses to their own bodies along with a master sequence to take home. The second session focuses on how to teach and theme for yin yoga more effectively. Teachers will be given tools to theme and cue people through the psychological aspects of yin more effectively.
